Buffer is a web, iOS and android based schedule platform for social media posts. It allows you to schedule posts, tweets and announcements for particular days and times, so that you don't need to sit at the computer for the exact moment you want something to go live.

The advantage of doing this is to be able to spend a bit of time at the beginning of each week or month to schedule your posts, and then move on with more important things.
