Each Stencil subscription is for use by one user only. If you have a virtual assistant or someone who will be using Stencil for you within your organization, that's alright, but sharing accounts with other organizations is not allowed.
If you’re at all unhappy within 7 days of signing up, contact us for a full refund. Monthly recurring payments (other than your 1st month within 7 days) are non-refundable. However, if you're on our yearly plan, refunds are available 7 days from when your card is charged.
