Stencil started back in 2013 under the name Share As Image. Since then we've grown from a few users to over 400,000!
2013
November
- Stencil launches (under the name Share As Image).
December
- Stencil (then Share As Image) launches on BrainyQuote.com...quote images for all!
2014
April
- Share As Image is growing, reaches 10,000 users.
June
- Tons of users loving Stencil, partnered with our friends at AppSumo.
2015
January
- Partnered with Freelancer.com and our friends at the Warrior Forums.
March
- Share As Image continues to grow, reaches 20,000 users.
May
- Share As Image undergoes the beginning of complete rebrand (to Stencil) and rebuild from scratch
2016
April
- The all-new Stencil launches and everyone is crazy pumped.
2017
April
- Stencil now has over 100,000 users and grows to become a team of 6!
2018
June
- Stencil has over 120,000 users.
2019
