Can I be open with you for a second?<\/p>\n

In my personal life, I\u2019ve been having a rough few months.<\/p>\n

I lost my Granddad to Pneumonia. I lost my Grandmother to dementia. I\u2019ve become haunted by an old relationship. And, I\u2019ve had more work on my plate than I know what to do with.<\/p>\n

But I\u2019ve been fighting my way through it, one foot in front of the other, each day. Because that\u2019s what you have to do, right?<\/p>\n

And, being part of the modern generation, <\/em>I\u2019ve found social media to be a nice outlet for it. Because, well\u2026it\u2019s cheaper than therapy.<\/p>\n

But instead of dark and sad posts, I\u2019d try and share positive, feel good updates, like this:<\/p>\n
